How do I cancel my membership to the Loyalty Program?

To cancel future shipments in the Loyalty Program, contact us by submiting a ticket at least 48 hours prior to the date that your next monthly order processes, with the following information:

  1. Your full name
  2. Email address used during the purchase
  3. Order ID (if you have it)

And we'll process your request within 24 to 48 hours. You may cancel anytime without penalty.
