What is the Recommended Dosage?

When you first start taking Masszmyes and P3-OM, we strongly suggest a serious 3 month dosage program to get your body into the optimal zone.

Your primary focus is going to be putting enzymes and probiotics into your system to get your digestive system operating efficiently. It makes everything work better.

So, for the first 90 days, we suggest doing somewhere between 20 and 35 enzymes per day, and 8 and 12 probiotics a day.

Most people notice how this reduces morning brain fog, and the amount of sleep required to feel rejuvenated.

Here’s how a typical day might look for the first 30 days, and then the next 60 days:

WAKE UP:
5 Masszymes capsules upon awakening with 0.5 liters of water (2 cups)

Breakfast:
4 capsules of Masszymes2 capsules of P3-OM

Lunch:
8 capsules of Masszymes 4 capsules of P3-OM

Dinner:
8 capsules of Masszymes 4 capsules of P3-OM

BEFORE BED:
6 Masszymes capsules 3 P3-OM capsules

DAY 31 TO DAY 90
Typical Day

WAKE UP:
5 Masszymes capsules upon awakening with 0.5 liters of water (2 cups)

Breakfast:
4 capsules of Masszymes2 capsules of P3-OM

Dinner:
8 capsules of Masszymes 4 capsules of P3-OM

BEFORE BED:
6 Masszymes capsules 3 P3-OM capsules

(We also have found that 4-12 Masszymes caps before workouts boosts energy, focus and, for many people, ‘the pump’).

Our HCL Suggested Dosage is pretty simple - One (1) or two (2) capsules at least thirty (30) minutes AFTER each meal.

Follow this protocol for 90 days to re-calibrate the ratio of good and bad bacteria in your digestive system.

Once you have completed 90 days, you should always maintain a basic Masszymes dosage of: 4 capsules of Masszymes with each meal and 2 capsules of P3-OM (I personally do 10 and 5). The one thing you'll notice RIGHT AWAY is how much better your digestion feels after a big meal.
