How can I update my account information?

You can view your order details and history from ClickBank. On your receipt page or email, you should see a link under ‘CLICKBANK CUSTOMER SERVICE’, .

From there, enter your email address and one piece of additional information to access your transaction details.

The next page will show your purchase history and order details. You will have the ability to create a ticket for tech support request, cancellation request, or refund request. Also, you will be able to change your email address, shipping address, and payment information.
